Born September 2, 1980/ Caloocan City / 6-1/ guard
He started the season with Red Bull, which picked him sixth overall in the Rookie Draft. But playing in a backcourt that had the likes of Jimwell Torion, Michael Robinson and Warren Ybañez sharing stellar minutes, left the young freshman out of Cal-State at Fullerton with nothing but garbage time. By the middle of the campaign, Denver was shipped to San Miguel in a move that finally allowed him to showcase his talent. Although just a speller to Olsen Racela, he played some of his finest games with the Beermen, with whom he eventually won his first title at season's end.
