1.) ARIS GARCIA

An IT programming graduate of AMA University who earned his spurs as a self-made businessman, running a water treatment company, Lampcor, based in Muntinlupa City, Aris is a basketball junkie who rooted for Toyota, Beer Hausen and Ginebra and is a fan of Samboy Lim. He started his collection of various sports magazines in the early 2000s, and built his massive inventory over the years. A husband and father of two, Aris’ passion has always been to share his precious merchandise to sports-loving fans. That same passion was one of the driving forces behind the creation of this website.
2.) JOV

Meek, shy, softspoken and the youngest in the group, Jov graduated at PUP with a Business Administration degree. While he practiced his profession and built a reputable name, the introvert in him found his true calling with computer technology where he excelled. He put up his own business developing websites and applications for different companies. He used to root for Alaska and San Miguel in the 90's but started focusing on his studies in college. Several years, a wife and 3 kids after, Jov continues to work on his passion in advanced technology. He offered to set up a website for the Philippine Basketball Diaries, believing in its cause and understanding that there is a vacuum in the worldwide web for information that PBD can offer.
3.) JAY MERCADO

A sports junkie since he was 5 years old, Jay found a niche writing about Philippine sports history online in 2002 where he became known as a historian. A summa cum laude MBA graduate and a product of UP Diliman with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Administration, he has not completely left school, serving as an administrator in one of the top colleges in the country while doing part-time teaching at two other respectable educational institutions. Jay’s passion in sports has given him an opportunity to be a co-host of the popular sports online program, “An Eternity of Basketball” and as a co-founder of The Rivalry Network. Jay, who rooted for Crispa and Ginebra in the PBA and remains a Chicago Bulls fan in the NBA, provides commentary and opinions at PBD, regaling us with sports stories of the past and present.
