Weinstein came in as a good prospect, being a product of the US NCAA and with an experience of pro play in Israel. The 10th draft selection was not able to bring that on the floor for Meralco, though, and thus was shipped to Talk 'N Text at the end of the season. Health SHAWN WEISTEIN problems had their bad effects on this 5-foot-11 Fil-Am guard, whose mother is from Cebu.
