1. Remembering NCC Days - Yves Dignadise

Behind the fun-loving facade that Yves Dignadice is known for, there's a fighting heart that
is the envy of many basketball players. Dignadice, a two-time Asian Basketball Confederation
(ABC) campaigner, said he'll never back down to anyone especially when his uniform carries the
national colors. Dignadice, one of only two children born to a retired Iloilo couple, proved
his point when he was matched up against 6- 8 Kenny Gattison and 6-10 Joe Wolf in the championship
game of the Jones Cup tournament in Taipei last July. Giving up four inches to the high-scoring gattison,
the West Negros College standout wasn't fazed by the opposition's glaringly impressive credentials.
He refused to be intimidated by size, press clippings, or the fact that he was playing against future
National Basketball Association (NBA) first round draft picks. "Hindi ako nasindak sa kanila"..
