19 FRECHE WILLIAM ANG,  Born March 22, 1973  from Bacolod City with 188 cms., 85 kgs. Guard.. THE kid with the unique name surprised a lot of people when he made it to the starstudded Purefoods roster as a virtual unknown in the 1997 rookie draft However, the surprises ended there. Freche never really got the opportunity to show what he could do. seeing action in no more than eight of the Beefies 63 games for the season and spending just 44 minutes on the floor in those matches.
