Cesar Catli Far Eastern U. Dec. 6, 1980 Bukidnon 6-2, Guard/Forward. A highly scouted rookie out of Far Eastern U, Cesar didn't do bad as backup to Kenneth Duremdes and later on to Chester Tolomia. He got a call on all of Sta. Lucia's 37 games but may need to improve on his game to last long in the demanding world of pro play. He would not back down in a fight as he showed in his spat with Talk n Text's Macmac Cardona in a pre-season game leading to the 2006-07 wars.
